A: Hopefully that wasn't recently. Our hours of operation.

Q: Your signage reads Apple Authorized Reseller. What does that mean?

A: A reseller is a dealer. We sell only NEW equipment. Wikipedia explains the word "reseller" well.

Q: What do you offer online resellers don't?

A: We like to ask what you think online resellers are offering? Are they there when you need to ask a question... after the sale? Rather than get into a huge debate, we're here to provide our clients with the best possible overall Apple computer related experience. Give the local guys a chance. You might be surprised.
