Remote support and in shop services are billed at the rate of $125/hr. We do offer flat rate in shop services for some upgradge and maintenance items. Please contact us for more information. Please also contact us for our data recovery rates.

Need a faster turnaround on your repair? Ask about our priority service.

Onsite support services are billed at the rate of $145/hr. We have a 2 hour onsite minimum. Additionally, we offer pre paid hour packages as low as $99/hr. Please contact us for more information.

Server installation and configuration is offered at $195/hr.

Please contact us for weekend, after hours and emergency rates.
