With our remote services, we can log into your computer and work our magic from a far. Our remote services are billed in 15 minute icrements at the rate of $125/hr. For our remote services, you need:
If the above is true, follow the below instructions. First contact us and schedule a remote session. Alternatively, if your need is not urgent and you can leave your machine for a while, please follow the below instructions and we will be notified you have requested remote support. Then download MacHelpMate. Depending on where your defaut download location is, the file will unzip itself on your desktop. The MacUserMate icon is green. Move this to your Applications folder. Launch MacUserMate by double clicking. You will see the following.
From the View menu, select Remote Support.
Another window will open. Click Share My Screen. That's it. We'll take control of your machine shortly.
