We offer a wide variety of services and consulting, both in store and at your location. We also provide mail-in repair services. Please see the below list for example pricing. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, it's our job to know how to best service your Mac!
We also perform warranty repairs on Apple computers! We perform repairs in our shop for both laptop and desktop computers. We don't send your computer out for repair!
Please note: The below prices are for reference. Most multiple repairs will be covered by one fee and not added up a la carte. Please contact us for specific pricing for your needs. We also have some service specials and pre check in via our web store.

Remote Services
Need help right now? Having trouble scheduling an onsite visit? Just need a little nudge in the right direction?
Remote support may be perfect for you. With our remote services, we can log into your computer and work our magic from a far.
Our remote services are billed in 15 minute icrements at the rate of $125/hr.
For our remote services, you need:
- A Mac running OS X that is at least booting up
- A broadband internet connection
If the above is true, follow the below instructions.
First contact us and schedule a remote session. Alternatively, if your need is not urgent and you can leave your machine for a while, please follow the below instructions and we will be notified you have requested remote support.
Then download MacHelpMate. Depending on where your defaut download location is, the file will unzip itself on your desktop. The MacUserMate icon is green. Move this to your Applications folder.
Launch MacUserMate by double clicking.
You will see the following.

From the View menu, select Remote Support.

Another window will open. Click Share My Screen. That's it. We'll take control of your machine shortly.

When we're done, we'll log ourselves out. We will not have access to your computer unless you ask us to again by following the above.
